Anchor the review to the circle
Open your match, focus your team and open Review → Phases. Pick the phase you want to study: the viewer marks the blue zone, the white safe area and the phase timing on the map. PUBG describes the white circle as the safe area toward which the blue circle closes; players outside the blue zone take damage. Read the official blue-circle explanation if you are new to the mechanic.
Replay one move in four stops
- At the next-circle reveal: pause and note your team's positions relative to the white circle. Were all members ready to move, or was one still separated?
- At departure: scrub forward until the squad starts moving. Compare that time with the phase countdown. If the event list flags a late rotation, inspect it; the marker is a cue to review the move, not a verdict that it was wrong.
- Along the route: follow your team on the map. Check whether players moved together, used a vehicle, crossed open ground, or paused for a fight. The Teams report summarizes movement by phase; the replay shows the sequence.
- At arrival: stop where the squad entered the safe area or took contact. Record the number alive and the time left before the next close. Then rewind to see whether a different departure or path could have avoided the pressure.
Review two rotations from the same squad: one that reached position before contact and one that did not. Compare the decision time and route before judging the outcome. The next circle changes by match, so this is a timing exercise rather than a fixed route recipe.
Use evidence, then make the call
The official telemetry includes periodic game-state snapshots with safe-zone position and radius, plus player position and vehicle events. ReplayDojo turns those records into the circle view and movement trail. The record cannot tell you what a player could see or whether a road felt safe at the time. Keep that distinction when discussing a route. The PUBG telemetry objects and event list document those fields.
Start earlier with the drop analysis guide, or inspect the contact at the end of a rotation with the squad fight guide. For opening a match, see how to watch a PUBG replay.
